Sunday, November 20th, 2005seems as if the faster one wishes to accomplish something, the slower that actual implementation happens. The site as a whole IS “open”, there are some quality links and businesses on the Resources section; this “portal” is still effectively “under construction” however, but please check back - it won’t be long now!
