D. Nadine Ruggles is a quilt artist beyond compare. Her ability to weave fabric, pattern, color, light and shadow into quiltscapes of the imagination is something you will have to see to believe.

Her parents reside in Southern Utah; she and her family live in Europe where her husband is working with the Air Force after retirement.
